Pregnant after miscarriage, before period...thoughts...

I am not sure where to post this to get the largest response. I have had 4 miscarriages, my most resent being 12/10. Blood work done last week (pending results) for blood clotting disorders. Confirmed this morning that I am pregnant. I am terrified to lose this pregnancy as it was not planned since we were pending medical confirmation of addition steps to take before conceiving. I am not sure how far along I would be at this time. Has this happened to anyone and have had a healthy pregnancy? I have not have a pregnancy past 8 weeks.
