6 / 7 dpo and nipple discharge..

I've researched and I find so many different things. This morning in the shower I thought it looked like something was dried on my nipple so I squeezed (tmi sorry lol) and some milky colored fluid came out on left side..right side a small amount of clear came out. In case I was seeing things..or thought it could just be water..tried again after water was off and a little more came out...not much is coming out now but what does is clear.

So confused on this. Not wanting to get my hopes up because like I said I've researched it and seems it could go either way. I have not nursed recently or anything - the last time I have ever had anything come out is after ds, 9 years ago. The only other symptoms I have had has been some cramping..also a little more acne than normal at this point. I just feel at 6 / 7 dpo - it's too early to be anything like that? So that leads me to think something maybe wrong with me...? I know I saw some saying maybe a pituitary issue?

bbt has been going up every day past few days so far..but it doesn't usually start to drop until 10 dpo. Ovulation was confirmed with positive opk..and we BD'd day of and several days after opk.
