Preseed...success stories

Hi all. Hubby and i have been ttc for 6 months. Just wanting to know everyone's opinions and or success stories with using Preseed.

I've tried temping, opk's and apps and no luck so far. The first time i got pregnant was the first month trying, this was an ectopic and then we starting trying 3 months after my tube was removed and it took 3 months to conceive our 2 year old. So I know that 6 months isn't that long but it feels like forever!
