Pregnancy symptoms?

I am not sure how this works I just barley started trying again this month. I just ovulated on the 7th how soon can you get symptoms after you conseive? And is poop cramps/gas and acid reflex a symptom? I have pop cramps all the time even after just using the rest room?

U could be pregnant take a test as soon as u can :) 
​My symptoms were just tiredness very sensitive boobs like my boyfriend can't touch them
​And late period plus the bloating

I ovulated around the same time. Similar symptoms: back ache, cramping, gas and bloated. Hoping its a positive sign!!! Fingers crossed for you.
