I have been blessed with two kids 4.5 and 3. For the past year and 4 months we have been trying for #3. I had two early miscarriages - blighted ovum both times. I have tried clomid and the last miscarriage was after my first cycle on clomid. I was about to start an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> cycle based on the doctors recommendation. I went for a hcg test yesterday before starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> cycle and to my surprise it came back positive but at a level of 4.61. I have to retest Monday. My breasts were really sore then they started to let up and then I started spotting and have spotted for 7 days now. I am not super hopeful but you never know....  The nurse said its not likely to go up. 

Feeling so upset and discouraged. I am just really confused about what is going on now since I had 2 children. Any thoughts or insights or past stories you all have would be so appreciated. 

I will be 35 in July
