Hi! I just had my laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy 4 days ago. My FS found mild endo, and a septum uterus which was removed during the op. I have slight bleeding since the op, and AF was due yesterday but with the op I think everything's mixed up. I'm really looking for some glimmer of positive stories. I have never had a MC or a BFP, so I'm wondering now will this  surgery have finally fixed my issues? Hubby is 100% fertile and I've been on femara prior to finding out about the pcos, endo and then after the surgery that I had a septum uterus, so can anyone tell me how long did it take to get pregnant after the laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy?
