I got mine about 6 months ago after I had my daughter. 
​I know that it will eventually stop my periods but I was just curious how long did you have yours? And how long did it take before you stopped having periods?

My periods stopped a month after I got mine. 
​My friend on the other hand had a continuous period for a year with hers. 
​Everybody's body reacts differently to it.

Had mines for 2 years, I got my period every month. It was light tho. Last couple days.

I have mirena and I love it! It took about 7 months for me to just spot I think by December I won't have anymore periods. So excited!

I've had mine for about 6 months too and I still have my period regularly, some women will still have periods even with the IUD
