Need to go back to work immediately

I am a college soccer coach, I just found out in 4 weeks pregnant. I'm excited but also a little stressed, as the baby is due in the middle of my season. I will need to go back to work (at least practices and games) 3 hours or so a day. How realistic is this. I'm anticipating being gone a week, and having my assistant hold down the fort. After the season ends a month or month and a half later I can take some more leave. My hubby will be taking paternity leave for the first month and my mom will be down for a couple weeks to help.
