Cervical mucus question!!??

Is your cervical mucus suppose to be milky and creamy before AF? Or before pregnancy?

I don't know what it's 'supposed' to be, but mine usually is before AF. I didn't track with my previous 2 pregnancies as they were both surprises, so I can't say if it was any different then.

It depends on the woman but I've read in other posts that it usually gets milkier/thinner and creamier if you're preggers. I usually hit a dry phase a couple days beforehand and then thick creamy cm right before AF. I'll start to see my AF through it.
