Hi friends! We had our first appointment on Thursday- OB did a pelvic exam and urine analysis. I was super bummed we didn't get the opportunity to hear a heartbeat or see the baby. She said everything looks like I'm 8 weeks and were good to go. Ultrasound and blood test will be done at 12 weeks (2/10). My problem is I don't feel any better about if things are going the way they should or not. Husband says doc isn't worried so we shouldn't be. I know I'd bleed and cramp if miscarrying, but are their symptoms with an empty sac or no heartbeat? Wondering if there's anyway to know before the ultrasound! Thanks ladies!!
