Do wrapping your stomach in Saran Wrap every night actually work?

Exercise and eating right are the only things that will help you lose body fat.

Never done it. But it doesn't seem healthy cuz it's plastic and trying to make your body reshape its self which seems very unhealthy.

It depends. Are you wrapping it because you're wearing a botanical wrap? Are you wrapping it because you want to get deeply moisturized and are caking on lotion and then wrapping it so it doesn't get everywhere? Just plain old Saran Wrap has no benefits to your skin

Maybe I should of have put this but I was told that's a way to lose stomach fat. I never tried it though, that's why I was asking.
