Emergency room visit

I just found out yesterday that I'm 4 weeks pregnant. Earlier tonight I wiped and had light pink blood. And a little later it was dark blood. Only when I wiped. I went to the ER and they did a pelvic exam and there was dry blood. They did an ultrasound but it's too soon to tell anything. My levels were at 204. I'm not bleeding any now and not having any cramps. (No cramps at all) I have to go back in 2 days to see if my levels went up. I am freaking out. Has anyone else been in this situation?
