My stomach is so upset and bloated. Happens when I eat and when I don't. Feels like gas pains and makes me feel nauseous!! My stomach is making a lot of noise! I am not having to potty any. My stomach is really tender to touch.. I am burping a lot and at random times. What could this be? I missed my period 10 days late negative test. So don't think I'm pregnant but still no period.. Anything I can do to ease the pain?
