I went to the doc on 1/15 and they did a urine test, negative. Here we are 3 days later and temps still rise, boobs are incredibly sore with sharp pains in my left one, and I get cramps like AF is about to show every now and again. Got a positive OPK 12/20, AF was due 1/4 and on that day I had some excruciating cramps so I was sure she was coming... But nada. Thinking maybe I ovulated later.
