Tracking calories and weight?

Are any of you tracking your calories or just eating when you can? I have spent the past 5 weeks absolutely miserable from morning sickness and throwing up. The first week before I was on meds I lost 4 pounds and since then I've gotten back to my regular weight and have gained 2 pounds. I am 11 weeks + 1 day and have stayed around the same weight since then.

I decided today to actually track my calories and make sure that I'm not eating a ridiculous amount now that my sickness is becoming manageable. I gained about 30 some pounds after high school and busted my ass for a year and a half to lose all that weight and then some... and then I got pregnant haha I have had issues with self esteem and body dysmorphia and am trying so hard to not let that affect me during my pregnancy. But I am worried that it will be a fine line for me with making sure I eat enough without over-eating or under-eating! I know to stick to my maintenance calories for the 1st trimester and then increase by 300 during the second/third. Are you tracking or just watching what you eat?
