Trouble Sleeping/Progesterone Injections

Is anyone else having trouble sleeping because of their progesterone injections? I am 8 weeks pregnant and have been on injections since December 1st and my hips hurt so bad at night that I wake up every few hours to readjust my position. I am exhausted anyway due to the pregnancy, and then waking up constantly and having pain is not helping. How is everyone else coping with this?
