Infections and remedies?

Im 7+3 and found out through all my parental tests that I have a UTI. My OB prescribed antibiotics to treat that and now I've got a yeast infection. Can't get in to see a dr for a few weeks. Does anyone know if it's safer to take over the counter remedies while pregnant?

Garlic and coconut oil they are both anti fungle and anti bacterial also try yogurt it sounds gross but if you fill a rubber gloves finger with plain unsweetened yogurt and freeze it and insert the yogurt like a tampon just look up these remedies and you will get more detail on how to do it but it works gets and all of it is so safe for you and baby
