Does pelvic inflammatory disease always cause infertility?

I've had chlamydia before for 2 years and I had pid got treated but I'm really worried that it affected my fertility doesn't pid mean you can never ever have babies? How likely is it to affect it

Chamydia can (not always) cause scarring tissue on the falopian tube's. There is no guarantee you have this though, if you are worried get checked out xx

No it doesn't mean just cuz you had it your infertile it just can Increase your risk of infertility and left untreated for a while can cause infertility. But if you've caught it fairly early and had all the treatment hopefully you will be fine infertility is just of one the risks of clamidhia (sorry can't spell) and pid

No pid does not make you sterile, but it does cause infertility sterile means you will never have children infertility means your just having a hard time but there is still a possibility pid causes infertility
