Mexican wedding in November

So we just found out that two of our friends from Mexico will be getting married and we are invited. The wedding will take place Nov 25th-26th. We really want to go, but realize we will have a newborn. Just wondering what you all would do in this situation? (Baby stay means baby staying with inlaws or my parents). Ps: I plan on breast feeding too...
