No support system

I just came home from my son's doctor's appointment. While there, his doctor, who is also sometimes my doctor, asked how I was doing and I told him I thought I might have PPD. He asked me questions and deduced that I do. When I told my boyfriend for the first time I have it he said "great" in this sarcastic tone and has once again made me feel like shit. I was nervous to tell him that I had it because I thought his reaction would be rude and he did not disappoint. I'm so alone.
