More like eczema use coconut oil, Keri lotion, cetaphil cream plus soap whatever you use grease it up don't allow the area to get dry but N.B go to your dermatologist

You can also try tea tree oil, depending on which on you get it might need to be diluted with some water

If its just dry skin lotion should do the trick. Try aveeno, it works great and has a skin protectant ingrediant in it

Does it get sore/red with any odour to it? You might have a slight fungal infection. 
Use some cannestane cream if so.
If you could discribe it more as peeling skin maybe make a natural exfoliater of sugar and coconut oil and gently remove the dead skin then rehydrate the skin with coconut oil.
Really make sure u are drying cotrectly in between your legs as its prime fungal infection area xx
