Pain in upper back 
Is anyone having pain in between there shoulder blades. Im 16 weeks and constantly having that pain. I need to see what to do to relieve or stop the pain please help

I do. I think it's the extra weight from my boobs. Lifting weights and yoga have helped.

Oh my god I'm having the same pain. Mine is on the left side around my shoulder blade yesterday and today have been bad. Heating pad hasn't even worked. I'm 18 weeks. Trying to figure out what it's from. Had hubby rub my shoulders and back but didn't help either.
