Hi...I had my 20-week ultrasound today and everything checked out perfect!  Except at the end, the doctor said the umbilical vein is untwisted which may cause changes in the blood pressure and lead to a smaller baby or stillbirth.  Naturally, I was freaked out and asked if I should be concerned and he said no but to come back at 32 weeks to check on growth. He made it sound like no big deal.  Has anyone heard of this??
