Eeek did I ovulate or not...

✨Amy✨ • Just crazy for my SO and raising my babies together as though they were his and trying to have 1 more!
Ok long story short... 
I had a progesterone issue last month that resulted in a MC . 
Doc says to start progesterone after ovulation... 
Fertility Friend has me ovulating due to temps 3 days ago... 
On CD 9 I got a positive on my CB digital ovulation predictor BUT I always get a positive 1 week before I actually ovulate... 
Normal fertility friend won't count it as I have it set to temps... 
Let's talk temps.... 
I was in the mountains skiing this weekend I think my temps may have been elevated as I woke up numerous times super hot and needing to get the covers off... 
Would this affect my BBT? 
Should I wait for my second positive OPK? It's my first month trying after my MC so just not sure what my body is doing... Worse case scenario I start my progesterone after a positive HPT?... Thoughts????
