Mind the Bump - mediation app for post natal depression prevention

My antenatal clinic told me about the free 'mediation and mindfulness app' called Mind the Bump.
It is designed to help with post natal depression and preparing for pregnancy, labor and parenting up to 2 years.
Guided mediations are about 10mins long.
Can not recommend it enough.
As a long time sufferer of anxiety and having PND after my last bub this has been great! 
It is free on the App Store and Play store in Australia. Not sure about other countries
