So we've been trying since May to conceive and no luck. My doctor doesn't want to do anything bc I'm 31 and haven't been trying for a year yet.  I'm so disappointed lately. Just took a test and its negative again. So now I'm taking things into my own hands. Along with ordering more OPKs I also ordered conceive plus and a saliva opk. So this month I will test bbt, opk oral and urine and use conceive plus. Praying next cycle is my time. Does anyone have any other suggestions to help me?
