I started taking vitex about two weeks ago and af was due 5 days ago and no sign of her in sight! I've taken tests upon tests all were negative. I've been having issues getting my cycle to regulate since having Mirena removed. The past two months af was lighter than usual but was coming every 26 days. I'm on CD 35 now. It seems to have increased fertile cm. I have a ton of it and it seems to be ewcm. Which I wasn't really getting before. How long does it take to help with my cycle? I'm getting impatient lol
