Best tampon brand for physical activity?

I want some opinions before I leak on my clean white karate uniform 😬

I actually kinda hate Tampax. They're super uncomfortable in my opinion. I like the U by Kotex clicks. You can also try the Playtex sports. Wear a liner just in case. I like the U by Kotec barely there.

Tampax pearl. I used to bleed like crazy and those were the only ones that wouldn't leak for me. Now I use a cup, and it's even better.

I use tampax and have never had any leaking even with a relatively heavy flow. If I'm doing sport ((which is quite a lot!)) I sometimes wear a small panty liner as well just in case :) but I've never had a problem with tampax
