Back and hip paid watery discharge

I'm not expecting my period until the 22nd but I've been experiencing wet undies clear no Oder discharge and lower back pain radiating to my hips! I have some off and on period like cramps !!! What is this?? Last period 9/24-9/30 sex on 10/1,2,3,5,6,8 ??? that's a lot of sex I know
