Fluid levels a high normal

I was scheduled for an ultrasound after an OB appt where I measured 4wks ahead....well today I went for my ultrasound where baby is measuring right on track and weighing 2.5lbs at 27wks. When the tech looked at my fluid levels she said they were a little high but still in normal range. She said this could be a sign that I am developing gestational diabetes...I have my glucose test next week. She scheduled me for another ultrasound in 4wks. Has anyone experienced this?? Should I be worried? I have maintained my weight and passed my first glucose test...
