Am I spotting?

Hi, 
​I had sex on October 1st, unprotected, used emergency contraceptive pill an hour and a half later, and I'm expected to get my period on the 16-17th of this month. But today I noticed some bleeding... What could this be?? Early period?

How long have you noticed the bleeding for? If it’s 3 days and over it could just be an early period but if its on and off throughout the day and seems to be either, pinkish, brown or just lighter red then usual I’d recommend taking a pregnancy test and if it’s negative maybe go to the doctors to really confirm it.

Sounds about right. I had to take plan B as well and not to freak you out out I had early spotting/period. My period lasted longer and was heavier than usual. I wouldn't be alarmed but if you are worried you can always call your gyno
