My roommate gets jealous when I have sex

My roommate is one of my best friends, so I never thought there would be weirdness about me having sex at our apartment. But lately she's been very passive aggressive about the fact that it makes her jealous. Not in a weird way, but she's just not getting any right now and she feels lonely. I don't have anyone to set her up with, and I don't want to make her feel bad, but I really don't want to have to stop having sex in my own apartment. Help.
