Hemorrhoids ?

I've been having a tough time with having a bowel movement lately and when I do it kinda hurts.  Today I noticed after I went my whole anus  was sore and swollen with a few teeny tiny dots of blood.  My butt is so sore and now I'm afraid to have another bm.  I'm 13 weeks 3 days and just wondering if any of you have a similar problem.  I see my obgyn on Friday and wonder if I should tell her.  If I do, what would she do?  This sucks.

Take fiber pills. They even have fiber gummys. Good luck. I have had a hard time with constipation too. The only thing that keeps me from getting hemorrhoids are my daily fiber pills.

I'm feelin ya! Holy cow! I've been taking stool softners but even still every time I have a bm I feel like I'm in labor!!! It's ridiculous! Good luck.

Yes Hunny, right there with ya! I've always had GI issues but since getting pregnant it's gotta bad. I have to take stool softeners and drink laxative tea. It's the only way I can go. Last week I had a hemorrhoids rupture and bleed pretty bad (but like I said this is normal for me). Make sure to take stool softeners regularly! I had a friend who was pregnant and couldn't go and pushed and pushed way too much and her rectum prolapsed. Not saying this is going to happen to you but just be aware it can happen. So make sure not to strain too much.
