I take this to help me sleep and I just found out I was pregnant haven't been to the dr yet

Although melatonin is indeed “natural” and is normally produced by the body, the amount delivered by various over-the-counter preparations typically exceeds the quantities normally produced by the body. As is the case with most supplements, we know very little about the impact these high levels of hormones may have on the developing fetus. Thus, we typically advise women with sleep problems to use medications with a better characterized reproductive safety profile.

Before I found out I had a tubal pregnancy last year I had to go to the e.r. and the doctors told me because I was pregnant and having problems sleeping and bad headache that benedril was OK to take. But yes I would go see you doctor as well.
