Horrible hip pain
35 weeks and having horrible non stop hip pain even sitting and laying down. It radiates into my thighs and on top of that my sciatic nerve is killing me. Anyone else having this and have any good tips? I havent tried ice or heat yet wondering if that would really even do anything.
