Its like 4:50am my time and ive been up since like 2am and ive been having what feels like contractions that have become pretty regular. After it stops it feels like my stomach convulses....(kind of like baby kicking) but it will start at the top of my stomach and go down to my low abdomen. Im 31 +5 should i take it easy and wait to see if it goes away or should i wake so and go to hospital?
