Weird pains from top of stomach to groin

So last night I was just laying in bed when I started getting shooting pains from the right top of my stomach (bottom of rib cage) straight down to my groin. Where my leg and stomach meet. Maybe like 10 and then I laid on my left side and they quit.  I know of round ligament pain and just overall pregnancy discomfort. I'm barely 5 weeks - I was considering going to the doctor to check me out, but they went away? No blood, no other symptoms. Anyone experience weird pains early? My first was 5 years ago, I don't remember. 🙈
