Is anyone else taking aspirin during the pregnancy till you're due date, I am do too past hellp syndrome I had with previous pregnancy.

I was on it for blood clots but they switched me to shots everyday.

I am. My last pregnancy ended in preeclampsia. I had my daughter preterm at 30 weeks. I'm taking it this pregnancy to lower my risk.

I'm taking low dose due to my bmi so it reduces the risk of pre-eclampsia.

I'm on low dose aspirin to prevent gestational hypertension. Not sure how long the doctors will keep me on it. They say they typically try to wean you off by third trimester to avoid excessive bleeding during child birth.

My doc told me last week to start taking a baby aspirin each day because my BP is a tad high and it's to reduce the risk of preeclampsia...
