Possible?

Hi ladies,

I just started a new birth control Mirvala 21 and have been solely depending on the pill as my protection. I've been having some cramping for about a week now and thought maybe it was due to my pcos.. Now two days ago i found my breasts were very sore and felt heavy with bluey veins all over... the other night I ended up having terrible nausea and threw up twice... now my breasts aren't sore and I dont feel too sick but the cramping still shows up every now and then.... could I be pregnant?
