10 weeks and sharp pain only on far left side? I know it is not eptopic from an ultrasound, but i do have a cyst on that side and baby is on left side too.

Could it be round ligament pain? I usually get a stabbing pain on right side if my tummy. Usually goes away on its own.

When I hit 10 weeks I started to have nerve pain but it's coming from the sciatic area so that's what I'm blaming it on. It only happens when I'm sitting in a weird position or laying down on my back.

Do you feel like the pain is in a joint or a muscle pain or is it like a period pain from your ovaries?

My daughter loved to be on my right nerve and I would have this shooting pain that just randomly would happen. It was just the pressure baby placed on the nerve.

It could be your ligaments stretching that happened to me but on my right side. Look into it to make you feel safer. Good luck
