How high are my chances of miscarriage?

I am 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Still throwing up, frequent urination, sore boobs, etc. I never cramp and randomly once in a blue moon get sharp weird feelings in my vagina that do not hurt. I am also a first time mom. Went to the doctor at 8 weeks heart rate was 180 then i Went to doctor at 11 weeks and 2 days and heart rate of baby was 180. And all the test came back negative so there is nothing wrong with the baby.
