Would you start showing at 3 weeks

So my symptoms are like back pains sometime nausea but no vomiting just the feeling but an I'm hungry like nothing I eat satisfy my appetite but how long do you think if I were 3,4 week would I show any or would I look the same because I already had my cycle but I'm not sure if it was or not but I still look very much bloated and my cycle ended like a week ago like would you start to show at 3 or 4 weeks ⁉
