Why are the Ovulation Days Percentage So Low?

I just started using this app but I'm so confused. On my ovulation days the highest ovulation percentage I have is 33%? I don't understand why.  Does anyone know ?

The average couple every month only has a 25% chance of getting pregnant. It's not as easy as parents/teachers etc said it is to get pregnant.

Sometimes you dont ovulate and its not going to be exact unless it has tests from your body. Also, there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get pregnant even if your ovulating.

You have fertile days but one ovulation day so that's why it's the highest. It's actually recommended to bd a few days before ovulation and on ovulation that way sperm is already in there waiting
