Be kind to yourself

This has been a big learning curve for me. Normally I am so busy and doing a million things. Now I feel sick and exhausted and I was finding it hard to give myself permission to slow down. This weekend I just slept and sat around, watching TV and trying to find things to eat which didn't make me feel worse. It was exactly what I needed. Give yourself permission to slow down and take care of yourself. Forget the to do list, trimester 2 will hopefully be better!
