What to expect on 1st visit?

Well it's almost time for my first appointment with my OB/GYN to tell her we have been trying over a year and I'm not ovulating. Does anybody know what to expect on this first visit? Tests? Meds?

I will be on CD3 when I go.

You should expect to have to answer some questions and also your partner. Cd3 is the right day for a blood draw to give some basic fertility stats like FSH as well as look for vitamin deficiency and other tissues that might affect fertility. Good call going on that day, basic fertility blood work should optimally be drawn that day!

Also you should expect a follow up appointment to test for lh surge and verify ovulation. Based on test results, there may be other actions you need to take- its hard to know without results.
