Morning sickness in the third trimester

So the last couple days i have had an increase in nausea and vomiting as well as diarrhea sorry for tmi i am 29 weeks today...i dont remember feeling like this with my son is this normal for third trimester?  When i did my daily log i got a daily insight message saying diarrhea in the thirs trimester isnt uncommon and often means labor is near but i have 11 weeks to go
