Did your doctor have you continue Prozac while pregnant?

Question

I just found out I was pregnant, and I am not sure whether or not I should continue taking Prozac. I take it for anxiety. What did your doctors have you do?

My Dr said it was fine but closer to my delivery he had me stop taking it. He never said why and I never went back on it either

My PCP has told me to continue taking it. I was willing to go down to a lower dose at least but he said it wasn't necessary. I haven't asked my OBGYN about it yet but he assumes she will say the same thing.

I would discontinue unless your anxiety is extreme and pick it back up after birth if needed
