Am I pregs

Comments would be greatly appreciated posted already and no ones responding , I just got off my iud a little less than a month ago and about 2 weeks ago my SO and I had an accident , with my first daughter I knew almost instantly that I was pregnant and felt the same way sick dizzy boobs hurt runs frequent urination cramping and severe lower back ache , tested today even tho periods not due for a little less than a week accident happened on my fertile window do you think I'm not pregnant or is it just to early to test help please I'm freaking out !!!!
