When to start trying after miscarriage??

I had a miscarriage on January 1 still no AF yet but anxious to start trying. Got a strong positive opk today. Should we try or wait for AF?

You can try unless your doctor tells you otherwise.  I had a missed miscarriage and d&c and was told by my doctor not to try for two cycles. I think that had more to do with the d&c than the miscarriage, so if you miscarried naturally you are probably okay.

I would try straight away. Theres no risk. I tried straight away after my mc at 9 weeks in nov xx
