New job??

Question

My husband and I just found out that we're having baby #2 and the job he has isn't good with his paycheck. He has the option to go back to one of his old jobs but he hated it there. It pays more but the crew he works with are untrustworthy and he's in the line of work where he might need them to back him up. Also it's changing him to overnights which I don't know how that'll work with a baby and a 1.5 year old. Should he take the old job?

Nobody can really answer this except your man. Is a few dollars more per hour worth him being exhausted and unhappy all the time? I don't really think so. Maybe he should stay where he is and search for something better than BOTH of those options. I'm sure there are more than only two jobs in your area.

That's a huge decision that only he can make with your opinion. That's a pretty huge decision especially with one baby and another on the way. there's always more options if you look hard enough (I just spent 3 months finding a job) and yeah it sucks but, you do what you have to do to make a decent living, and that includes not working in a miserable environment-which I recently left..
